The following steps will demonistrate how to setup SFTP file access.
Login to the server management control panel. If you have trouble logging in we have instructions for resetting your password here.
Click on "My Servers" in the Panel Navigation Sidebar:
Click on the server you want to manage on your server list:
Once you've selected a server you can select the Configuration -> SFTP Settings in the sidebar navigation:
On the SFTP Settings page you can set an SFTP password, then all of the other access information you need can be found on that page.
