In order to provide hosting services, we're purchasing hardware and dedicating both time and resources for your game. We're paying to keep your game online, store nightly offsite backups, and more! Because of this we generally will not provide refunds.

We will provide refunds if any of the following are true:
  • We are unable to allocate or provide advertised resources to your game server.
  • There are frequent or prolonged unannounced service disruptions.
  • Your server is offline or inaccessible, and the fault is our own.
  • A refund is requested within 48 hours of your server going online. (Does NOT apply to Massively Multiplayer tiers.)
    • 48 hours is plenty of time to connect and make sure everything is working.

Refunds will not be provided in the case of a user configuration error or buyers remorse after 24 hours. As previously mentioned, we've reserved resources for your game server whether you used them or not.
