We will provide refunds if any of the following are true:
- We are unable to allocate or provide advertised resources to your game server.
- There are frequent or prolonged unannounced service disruptions.
- Your server is offline or inaccessible, and the fault is our own. A refund is requested within 48 hours of your server going online. (Does NOT apply to Massively Multiplayer tiers.)
- 48 hours is plenty of time to connect and make sure everything is working.
Refunds will not be provided in the case of a user configuration error or buyers remorse after 24 hours. As previously mentioned, we've reserved resources for your game server whether you used them or not.
